We specialise in non-standard, drawing-based components — the parts you cannot buy off a shelf — in metal and engineering plastics, from one-piece prototypes to repeat batch production.
What We Do
Mill-Turn Machining
Turned and milled features completed in a single setup for complex shafts, sleeves and valve parts.
CNC Milling — 3 & 4-Axis
Brackets, housings and structural parts up to 800 × 500 × 400 mm.
Precision CNC Turning
Shafts, pins, bushings and threaded parts up to Ø460 mm × 800 mm, held to ±0.005 mm.
Surface Finishing
Anodizing, electroless nickel plating, powder coating and six further finishes — parts delivered finished, not just machined.

How We Work
Every enquiry is reviewed against the drawing before quoting — quotes are returned within 24 hours on business days. During production, customers receive stage-by-stage photo and video updates, so progress can be followed and verified remotely at any point. If a drawing detail raises a question, we raise it with the customer before machining, not after.
Quality
Inspection runs through the whole order: incoming material checks, a first article measured across all dimensions before batch production, patrol inspection during machining, and final inspection with the data supplied before shipment. See Quality Inspection for the full process and equipment list.
